We stand firmly behind everything we sell. We pay freight both ways as well so you have no risk. Every shipment is personally inspected and hand packed for quality and accuracy. However, if you receive the wrong item, if your item arrives damaged, or if you simply changed your mind, claims must be made within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. You can call our U.S. Customer Service at 303-408-5398 or email us at borlinocustomerservice@Borlino.com to initiate the return process. Returns must be unused, in the condition you received them. Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt) your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2 days. All Borlino products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for life.
